Apparently allen's life is in danger since he posts as a danger to the supposely "Organization of God".  So, his effort of helping the war gets him a capital punishment / torture? Who cares if he is half noah, half exocist? What matters is where his heart lies; where he loves both kinds and wish to save both. Apparently, human kinds are just oblivious of his kindness.
